INFORMATION FOR CAFES
Mandala VGF currently offers a special range of cookies and sweet and savoury tarts to cafes so that they are able to serve people with various dietary requirements. All of our foods are produced in our kitchen, which is completely free of all ingredients containing animal products and gluten. This means that customers who, for example, cannot eat gluten and/or egg and/or dairy products now have a choice at your cafe. Given that there are also an increasing number of people who have more than one of these dietary requirements, the good news is that they can eat our foods!

We can supply the large cookies in a special jar which lets your gluten free/plant based/dairy free/egg free/vegan/vegetarian customers know – visually – that they have a food/snack option while they are waiting to place their order, as long as you have the cookie jar in line of sight and with the sticker facing out!
We also supply you with a Nutritional Information Panel & ingredient list for all products stuck to the back of the jar so you can answer any customer questions.
