As the name suggests our Persian Beetroot Tart has a beetroot filling with lots of Middle Eastern flavours such as cardamom, orange, lemon, pistachio and a touch of cumin.
It also tastes delicious!
Serves 6-8 people. In case you can’t tell the size from the photos, all of our tarts are ~19cm in diameter.
