There are three layers to the tart…
- a firm walnut and almond base
- a savoury soft and fluffy filling
- a topping of heirloom and truss tomatoes garnished with basil and oregano
It also tastes delicious!
Serves 6-8 people. In case you can’t tell the size from the photo, all of our tarts are ~19cm in diameter.
